Our Mission Statement

R. Dennis Tompkins and The Appraisal Academy are committed to offer quality continuing education to real estate appraisers with innovative delivery methods and services that accommodate all Appraisers. We provide a wide range of course topics and are always adding new ones to keep our students abreast of the latest knowledge, newest techniques, and current concerns. Mr. Tompkins and The Appraisal Academy have designed several seminars for appraisers with the express purpose of the seminars to be interesting, informative, educational, and pertinent as well as appealing to all appraisers, regardless of their expertise and experience. We at the Appraisal Academy uphold uncompromising integrity. We demonstrate honest, ethical behavior in all transactions, placing the success of our students ahead of any personal gain. We prove and maintain constant credibility by consistently delivering on our commitments, we earn the credibility of our students.
